a couple of years ago i saw one of my friends playing a game where you were a cop and yo drove around. when you drove around it was in a top down view and it was very basic the cars were small rectangles. one time you pull over this women and you type any thing you want. other times you walk into places and move around and type in some actions like "buy a coffe". i would like to know what it is called and where i can get it from
